Speakers, et al 850 1994

Have a few speakers getting way to long in the tooth and was looking for some insight as to the replacement of said speakers. I am not looking to add anything other than stock size speakers. In terms of replacement I am debating whether to have a shop do it and incur additional expense or do the replacement(s)myself. Do the covers on the doors (f&r)pop off or do the panels have to be removed? How about the dash speakers - does the dash have to be removed??
Note that searching did not bring forth anything specific as well a limited information on Bay 13...
