The problem with Bosch platinums is.............. V70-XC70 1998

the SIZE of the electrode tip..its the size of a PIN HEAD! Had a volvo mechanic show me this about 6 years ago when I used them in my 740 and had a cold start/fouling problem. The problem is caused when the tiniest bit of CRAP bridges the tiny tip electrode and they cannot produce spark! Have used regular volvo plugs ever since and change every 30K with no problems!!!
