2001 V70...worth it?? V70-XC70

I have a 1998 S70 GTAS 94K. Looking to trade it in for a 2001 V70 98K that i saw. The guy has it listed for 13,900. Is this a good deal? I'd def get the car checked out first. The dealer sells foreign cars only and has a good reputation. How much can I expect to sell my car for? Anything to look out for in these models? I'd like to switch to a wagon since i'm going away for college (out of state) and my major would have me hauling projects back and fourth so it would be worth it. (yes, i know that the seats fold down in my s70) :P
