2001 V70...worth it?? V70-XC70

I'll also add that the 1998 and 2001 are the most maintenance prone of the respective model runs. Both are first year of the run. A little high mileage for a 2001 also. When my 1999 V70 runs out of warranty (July of 2005) I will look for a 2002 or 2003 V70, or XC90.
