Upper torque bushing. 850 1996

gear puller (about $15) , a large washer that will sit in the bushing, but not over the metal rim...a socket & driver...just wind the sucker out!..takes about 5 mins and two sets of hands (preferably) - one set to hold the puller in place...one to wind...also can be used to pop back in (but more difficult)..for back in two circles of wood 3/4 thick and holes through them off set to match the bushing, 10mm rod bolt down the midle, two large washers on the outside of each piece of wood and two nuts ... wind the sucker in...

i found some grease helped on the back in...

buy a gear puller that can be 2 arm or 3 arm (sort of like a construction set)
