upholstery repair & adding a rear seat V70-XC70 1998

I just purchased a 1998 XC and it has some issues with the upholstery bubbling up on the door panels. Any one got any ideas on a fix? Is this a common problem with the volvo, like SAAB headliners (The Swedes need better glue?)

Also the car came minus the rear facing third seat. How hard would it be to get the parts via the junk yard and install after the facts?
