Missing 0's above air vent wheels 850

I recently took apart the dash to change bulbs in the instrument cluster. I mistakenly took out the screws that hold the air supply tubes to the front plate (that you don't remove for this, per Bay 13) on either side of the cluster. without the screws in place, the black plastic front of the dash flexed quite a bit when I removed the cluster. After I reassembled it, I found that the white 0's above the near right and top left vent control wheels are gone; it turns out that these are press-in parts, and the only way to get new ones from the dealer is to buy the entire front plate. I took it apart again to try to find the little buggers, but no luck; I'm not going to dissassemble the entire dash just for those two little parts.

Has this happened to anyone else, and did you find a reasonable solution? I don't like having those empty holes because they remind me of a dumb mistake.
