Wet, dried, cracked leather seats V70-XC70 2002

Hey.

So last summer I left the sunroof open overnight. There was a downpour and the driver's side leather seat was soaked. We dried it out, etc., but now the leather is getting stiff and cracking. All the other leather seats are still in great shape. Is there a way to refurbish the leather? I've used the Volvo Leather Kit, but it can't help this. Any ideas for products or services would be appreciated. Thanks.
