I noticed this thread was not getting much response. Note that
Bay 13 instructions do not cover the mechanical tensioner found
on 99s. General advice posted here in the past is to let a pro
do the mechanical tensioner versions. So, I suspect few have
done it themselves. (The mechanical tensioner was introduced
mid-year 1998.)
