brake related whine...

850 na 95...

have an intermitant whine at speed..will cease if i get on the brakes..if i stamp on them it will go away..then come back...some times straight away, sometimes a few days later..no rhyme or reason..

if its just singing a right hand bend seems to make it sing consistantly, a left hand backs it off...

looked at my disks tonight and my REAR right hand disk (looking from the back of the car) is 'blued' so is the likely culprit...

before i tear into the brake assembly anyone got any clues what im likely to be looking at and shouild replace?..BTW the disk looks ok other than a 'blueing' no big lips or gouges...
