Anyone's seen this stuff in newspaper ads too so it's no big secret.

It's also NOT where dealers buy their used cars. No half-way descent dealer anywhere wants repos as most aren't worth the bother to restore for proper resale. Consider the quality of those who get their cars repo'd? Not exactly your ideal people in my book.

No, dealers buy their used cars from either those trading their old cars in for new cars, other dealers or auto auctions.
