Unfortunately yes.....

Mind you... When I succumbed and bought a new TCM I bought it from the part$ department, lifted the bonnet and fitted it myself while in their carpark, then went through to the $ervice department and gave them the keys to do the reprogramming. In the process I saved about 2 hours labour charge$......

And given they quoted 2 hour$ to do the work and I only took 20 minutes....makes you think doesn't it...
