buying an 850 850

I have to admit, I had a '94 960 sedan, but it got in a little crunch. I now have a '94 850 turbo wagon, but I miss that 960 like crazy. I had some maint. done on it (960) when I got it at 90k, real main seal, timing belt, radiator...all preventative, but I have to say that I liked the 960 more than the 2 850s that I've owned.

But, to each their own.

850s are good cars if well maintained (i.e. in the shop every other month if up around 90-100k), but then again, my '97 854 N/A (at 57k) was smooth as silk 'til a semi ran me off the road.

Keep in mind, I've owned 4 Volvos, no accidents my fault, and no injuries, except the seat belt from the 960 giving me a bruise on my love handle because it yanked me back so hard.

I'll drive 'em 'til they're too Ford-ized, even though I don't have lotsa $$.
-Nick

(ps, both the RWD 960 and the FWD 850 were awesome in the mountains of CO)
