Clutch pedal free play adjustment S40-V40

Hi,

Does anybody knows how to adjust the clutch pedal free play on manual european S40? I know I have to unscrew the locknut and turn the pushrod to alter this setting but I don't know what free play to consider. Indeed do I need to turn the pushrod only until there is no more free movement of the pedal in relation to the pushrod or do I have to turn further until I feel s strong pedal feel all the way (although the pushrod will be screwed inside the cylinder)? Because the first portion of the travel is rather unconsistent just as if air was in the system but there is absolutely no air left (did the bleeding almost ten times and there is no air bubbles at all!).

Does anybody knows how to do this properly?
