DRIVER'S SEAT AND DOOR PANEL QUESTIONS 850 1995

I will be picking up a 1995 850 sedan next weekend that I feel I got at a good price. Its only issue is that the driver's seat that is in the taupe cloth is in need of replacement so is the driver's side door panel. Does anyone know of someplace that would carry these items at a reasonable price? My local boneyard gets very few 850's of any kind so short of giving $$$$$ to the dealer, I'm up for suggestions. I would be able to reskin the driver seat if the fabric were available next to having to replace the entire seat as a unit.
