Air Pump Rely Problem??

Now that I've PMS'd, AS IS MY RIGHT, yes, the problem is most likely the relay; they are in a vulnerable area. If I remember correctly,it gets it's signal from the ignition switch so that when you start your car, air starts flowing into the exhaust system. Again, if I remember correctly, it then gets it's info from the 02 sensor (but I honestly don't remember how), so that any time you are at a lower rpm, or as it is needed, the air pump sends another shot of air into the system. Basically, it makes your car a "green" car. In theory, rather than putting out carbon monoxide, it puts out carbon dioxide...which the trees love.
