Silly as it sounds make sure that you do not have too many CD's in it already. I cannot tell you how many times I have had customers come in with this complaint and they had a disc in the changer already and then stuck in a full magazine and it would not work. Usually you can just stick in a blank magazine and it will extract the cd for you. IF not you will need to try and pull it out with a pair of needle nose pliers and then put in a magazine with a couple of cd's in it and see if it works or not.
