CV Boot 850

Hi Puckstr.

I had attempted to change just the outer cv boot once about 9 month ago. I was going to replace it with a whole piece boot not a glue together boot. I could not get the outer cv joint to come apart. Many choice words were uttered and also had some one else to look over the instructions to make sure I was reading them right. I was able to find a foreign parts supply store 45 min away that had rebuilt cv axles, The whole axle with new boots to boot. So I replaced the whole axle and returned the old axle for a total price of just under $60 dollars. Needles to say that when the other side needed replacing a few months later I just went with the whole rebuilt axle. You end up pulling the axle out if you are to just replace the boot with a factory replacement anyway not with one of the seamed glue together ones.
