Alpine CHM-630 CD Changer 850

Hi,
I recently had my 960 totalled. In the mess of things, I yanked the aftermarket CD Changer Alphine that I installed on my 960 out before it was towed to scrap yard. Unfortunately, I forgot the 17ft M-Bus Cable. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement? I saw that there is a Alpine or Sony AI-NET CD Changer Cable. Is this the cable for the Changer?
Anyone knows where I can find out more about info on the changer?
