'94 850 recent steering wheel replacement due to horn not working; now horn won't stop 850

Hi everyone:

Here's my situation: I recently had a crapload of work done on my car, a '94 850.
Among the items on the list was a $474.40 steering wheel replacement ($324.40 for the wheel + $150 for labor). This was replaced because the horn was not working, or would work intermittently (if at all) when turning.
This work was done on March 24, 2004.
Well today I'm out driving around, I use my horn, and BLLLAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMM it won't freakin' STOP HONKING. I tried hitting the thing and pulling the wheel front to back - this would make it stop for a few seconds but as soon as I turn the wheel slightly it's going off again. Talk about EMBARRASSING. Everyone on the road was honking back at me, and I couldn't make it stop.
I can't get it into the dealership (since they warranty their work for 12 mos.) until Monday at 7am, obviously can't drive the car like this -- such a hassle and inconvenience.
Anyone out there know what would have caused this to happen? I mean, it's obvious it's a contact issue, but why would it happen not 2 months after having the entire wheel replaced? Is this the dealer's (service dept's) fault?
I am ripping furious that I have to bring my car back in there one more time.
Any thoughts on how to make it stop before Monday? Could a fuse be removed, for example?
Any and all advice appreciated.
