Hard warm start and in warm weather after 30 + minute drive 850

Background:

1995 850 Turbo with 105,000 miles. I have owned this car since 1999 with 57,000 miles. I regularly have the car serviced by an independent mechanic. Other than usual routine maintenance I have had to replace: fuel pump, evaporator, and PNP switch.

Probelm,

Recently when trying to start the car after driving in warm weather (+70 degrees)...the car runs really rough and sometimes stalls on starting...if I step on the gas during this time it is really sluggish and then seems to clear itself. Any suggestions on what may be causing the problem? The only other time I had issues like this was when it was -20 last winter and the car refused to drive faster than 20 mph until it "thawed" out. This only happens when the car is warm and hasn't been allowed to cool off after an extended drive.

-Scott
