a/c still shutting down 850 1996

it seem the warmer it is out side the more it shuts down, took to volvo dealer and they drained all freon and added new with dye to check for leaks. it was 1/2 low. thought that would fix but I can drive for about 20 mins and it shuts down. its not low on freon, it seems to blow really cold maybe not cycling? Im getting really fustrated with this and ive already given dealer 200 bucks and im sure I will have to give them more. any ideas as to what it could be? I will sell the car if I dont have a/c this summer, took a nice S60 out, fell in love. kelly
