Starting problems 850 1993

If I start the car from cold and move it a few yards and stop it, it will not start again. This has happened twice and required new plugs and a lot of cranking to get it going again. No fault codes are showing, plugs seen to spark ok and fuel seems to be getting to the injectors ok. What could be the cause and what is the quickest way to get it running again? TIA
