VIN decoding for 850 850 1997

Hi, I am serious about buying an 1997 850 Wagon described by the used dealer as an "850 AWD Turbo Wagon". I would like to verify what equipment is actually included, and what the engine it is. Is there a modern VIN decoder (all I found on the web stops at 1996 - and which does not include type "56" I read from the VIN), and/or what should I look for in the vehicle to verify the engine type, presence of AWD, and other tell-tale features. I noticed the TRACS button, if that helps. Thanks!
