Engine surges after tune-up. C70 2000

I just changed the spark plugs, fuel filter, and oil on my 2000 C70 LPT. I used all Volvo items. As soon as I drove it, the engine seems to be surging, missing at speeds between 50-70 mph (this is where it is very noticeable). I even went as far as installing a second set of new spark plugs with no improvement. I double checked my work before and after. I am stumped.
Any ideas or help out there? The plugs that I replaced were Bosch and I installed the OEM Volvo plugs for turbos.
