Power Steering Groans on Left turn - not Right turn. 850 1996

Hey all,
I've checked the fluid levels, recently had an alignment, new tires (not rubbing), water pump and timing belt. All that said, I'm ruling out a bunch of problems. The problem I'm having is that when I turn the wheel to the left, even slightly, the power steering groans as if I was turning the wheel way too far. The noise is similar to that you would normally hear when you over steer. It does NOT do this on a right hand turn. Again, all of my fluids are fine.
Has anyone heard of this? Is it simply in need of a new part or two? Which part(s) and how would I fix it? Any ideas?
Thanks in advance,
Patrick
