Automatic Transmission - Problems Shifting in Morning 850 1993

HI Marcia:
I had the same exact problem on my '93 850GLT auto. w/ 139K last winter, replaced the pnp switch(which can be reasonable at Groton or Rock Auto Parts) at a cost of $60(aftermarket) and my '850 has shifted great ever since, no need to start out in 2nd for 5-10mins and then put in D when its when it feels like warming up ...
