removing factory alarm in 93 850 glt 850

The alarm has started randomly going off which is really annoying and drains the battery. When I put the key in the door and unlock it the alarm goes off. My question is if I remove the alarm box under the drivers side dash, what do I need to do to keep the car where it can start (splicing things together, etc?). I don't have the money for another alarm box, so if I can splice some things together to keep the immobilizer from working thats ideal. Thanks!
