T5 5 speed, should I look? V70-XC70 1998

I recently heard of a 98 T5, 5 speed, 126K miles for roughly 10K$, loaded. It's on ebay

but located in NY. Miles seem high, price too, however I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on this. I know the engine is tough, the sales pitch claims it has a new clutch and rear seal. Any chance this could be a long term hauler? I know some of you out there have similar cars. I assume that most of the problems associated with the 98 MY have been corrected. I recognize that A/C is ALWAYS an issue with volvos, having had to replace most of the bits in my current car (93 940 wgon, 121K mi, no turbo).

Thanks, just toying with the idea.
