Engine surges after tune-up. C70 2000

Well, it turns out it was a bad "turbo boost controller" that is hooked in with the vacuum lines. Just a coincidence that it happen to go out at the same time that I did the tune up.
I replaced the "tbc" this afternoon and it seems to run fine.
By the way, the dealer charges $58.00 for the part-I got it for $30.00 plus change.
