Engine surges after tune-up. C70 2000

I often bring bagels & donuts to the Volvo techs at the dealer and they helped me narrow it down as to what it could be. I asked them what they would do if I were to bring the car in to the dealer. They gave me a check list of things to look for.
As far as the $$ for parts, I try to get body shop pricing if I buy local.
I deal with West County Volvo (800.822.4521 good pricing and service) for my parts if I am not in any hurry.
I hope that this is the end of my C70 problems.
