sidemarker on a V40 S40-V40

Hi all,
My wife somehow smashed the right front sidemarker. The dealer wanted (take a deep breath) about $200 to replace the tiny little plastic part. In addition, I noticed that the bulb blew out in the left rear sidemarker. So now I have only two functional ones.
Dows anyone know:
1. How do I pull those things apart? How to change a light bulb, and how to remove the broken one completely?
2. Where could I get a replacement lamp for a resonable price?
