power streering problem 850 1994

I was driving the car last week in town for no reason the powersteering stop , but the motor is still runing .. slowly I pull over turn off the motor wait few minute start up again it run fine..

any input why steering lock up like that ??

car do have a leak on the steering pion which use the powerstreeing fluid...

so I poor in the leak seal to stop the leak.. this stuff is red thick liquid.. it seem to stop the leak on the drive way have been use this leak stop for 5 month now ....
