98 S70 Electrical Problem S70 1998

I have a '98 S70 that about three times a day, it acts like it has lost all electrical power. At first it was like I turned of the key, radio goes off, dash lights go on, A/C fan goes off, and a loss of power from the engine. I first thought it was my ignition switch, as sometimes when I go to start it the key turns 360 degrees and doesn't catch to crank the engine. However, yesterday the same problem happend but the engine died and all the light on the dash turned off, totall loss of electrical power. I started the car and I had to input the radio code to make it work as if I disconnected the battery. The battery is good (replaced 4 months ago) and just cleaned the posts when this problem started. Thanks for the help.
PS Anyone know what is the problem with my ignition switch too!!!
