sunroof problems S70

I have a question about my 99 T5. Two things, that may be related: First, the sunroof seems to open slowly, and when it does go back theres usually a loud clicking every few seconds....what could this be? Second, when taking turns quickly, it sounds like there is something sliding around up in the roof area, could it be that something came loose or fell off of the sunroof or something above the headliner and is sliding around up there? If anyone knows how i can fix this, and without having to go to the dealer, i'd appreciate it. thanks
