ABS Brakes 850 1993

I'm having the same problem. I tried to remove the fuse block, but it seems to be attached to a 2nd section that runs down in the car behind the dah. I can't not remove the whole thing without removing all the relays that attach to the bottome section. Is there a way to separate the top from the bottom, so that I can remove the top alone. if not can someone give a description of how to remove it (step by step or at least pointers)?

thanks
Mas
