antiroll bar bushes S70 1997

hi!! the 2 antiroll bar bushes on my dad's S70 need replacing - but a trip to the dealer reveals that they come complete with the roll bar itself, at great cost - as usual!!!

can the bushes be changed separately? and if so, where can i get some!! even uprated ones. or any comatible from another vehicle.
