Slhould I Buy a 2000 S70 or Keep My 850 850

Should I keep my 1994 manual 850 with 134,000 miles. It is running OK now, but will be coming up on the 140,000 mile belt change and other stuff. My rear oil seal hasn't gone yet but of course my evaporator leaks (which I refill myself once or twice a summer). Should I look for a 2000 S70 which will probably have 50-65,000 and cost about $11-13,000. Do people like the newer S70's or not. I know they have more electronic stuff on them and that kind of scares me. Volvo is not great on those things. Any thoughts.
