Tranny Fllush and New Problems 850

I recently performed the tranny flush on my new 94 850 (100k) with Mobil 1 ATF and the transmission is starting to act up. Before the flush it seemed almost hesitant to go into overdrive, now if you stop too abruptly after driving at full speed the engine stalls because the transmission doesn't shift down, out of higher gears in time. Otherwise the car shifts perfectly and much smoother than before. Is there anything I can do to solve this problem? I remember adjusting my old Olds kick-down cable, does this apply to these vehicles? Thanks for any info, I am not looking forward to replacing the transmission.

Adam
