Leather wear on XC70 2001 V70-XC70 2001

I've found that the leather dye does not hold. The leather in fact for a vehicle that is promoted as rugged, does not hold up. I've notified the dealer numerous times from the first year I had the car. I Have found that various parts of this car do not stand up to a car touted as being a rugged cross country vehicle.

I'm about to meet with the East Coast rep and would appreciate anyone else comments or experiences.

In fact, the steering wheel (not leather) could not be cleaned without taking the finish off. After considerable dialogue with the dealer, they inquired with volvo North America and discovered that there was a tech problem with and replaced it.
