Faulty headlight switch S70 1998

I just bought a '98 S70 from a private seller and my headlight switch has failed on me. When I turn the switch to the parking light setting the dashbaord instruments illuminate, however, when I switch to the full headlight setting, the dash lights turn off. I did some debugging and pulled the headlight switch out of the dash. I found a jury-rigged fix from the previous owner...he had duct tape holding the unit together. I am assuming this is my problem and that I need to replace this switch. My problem is that I cannot find the part number or an OEM seller of this part anywhere. I called the dealer and they said it would cost me $50 which I find hard to believe. Can someone please tell me what the part number is and an OEM from which I can purchase it? Thanks
