Droup in RPM when coming to a stop S70

I am experiencing the same problem even after changing the spark plugs and fuel filter on my '99 S70. When coming to a stop the RPMs drop to 250 and the car tries to die but immediately jump back up. Yesterday I was pulling a U-Turn and in the middled of the turn the car died. In addition if I'm coasting down the street with my foot off the accelerator the car drops down to 250 RPMs and tries to die. Any help would be appreciated.
