Replaced PNP and getting Blinking Arrow and 313 Code! 850

Hi,

I just replaced my PNP (neutral safety switch) after having the typical-won't shift out of third problems- and a 313 code. I cleared the codes and now the up arrow on the dash blinks repeatedly and I am still getting the 313 code at A1. Otherwise the vehicle seems to shift up and down through the gears without a problem. Does anyone have any ideas? When I bought the switch I asked about the alignment tool shown on Volvospeed and they had never heard of it and claimed they had replaced several without a problem. Thanks for any info.
