s70 GLT oil leak S70 1998

I have a '98 s70 GLT that has begun leaking oil. The car has just over 60,000 miles, the oil downtube seals were replaced by the previous owner. I am aware the turbo has no flame trap, but I also understand it still has a PCV. My other suspicion is the rubber seal around the oil filler cap. Under the car, the oil leak looks like a rear main seal. It seems a little early in the lifetime of this car for this to happen. I pulled the cover that is on top of the engine, over the spark plugs last night, and found oil sitting up there - fairly fresh looking to...so now I suspect the oil filler cap seal. Could be the PCV?Where is it located? Anyone have a picture? Cleaning or replacement?

The amount of oil is not significant - but is smeared across the IPD skid plate....

Thanks,

Josh
