sears used to have this type of sales......i worked at a NAPA parts place and we stocked COIL SPRINGS....for them!!! this was one of their...YOU GOTA REPLACE THESE BEFORE WE CAN DO ANYTHING...pitches. and with most people havin a sears card......well this went on for quite a while. they finally got busted on it. wife took the 850 for an oil change the other day, 1st place she went to they had no oil filter. so thye sent her to another location.....and there they did the same thing.....and one other they did a so called battery test, and told her that the battery was not maintaining proper voltage and that she should put a new battery in.....hummmmmmmm.
