YOU NEED AN A.B.S. CONTROL MODULE.ITS WHAT SENDS THE VHECILE SPEED TO THE SPEEDO,TRANS CONTROL MODULE AND ENGINE CONTROL MODULE.THE REV WHEN CRUSING AND TAPPING THE BRAKE IS NORMAL.ITS LOCKUP DISENGAGING.
