This is a big boy's toy, not a car. Rather hard to tell you what it's worth, since I don't know mileage; and I don't know sedan or wagon. On KBB with average 15K a year mileage of 115K, with checking the side airbags, dvd, premium wheels, cd changer, premium sound, etc...the sedan retails for $11,145, the wagon retails for $11,645. As far as all of the performance upgrades, unless you're racing the Mustang down the street, and unless you know how much you can "overboost" the turbo without wreaking havoc, are all the performance upgrades something you desire? As far as all of the visual additions, do you take long trips with enough people in your car wanting to watch something different?

The more important questions would be when was the timing belt done? When when was the last major service done? Do you have records of all of your oil changes? Has the evaporator been replaced? Has the ABS controller been replaced? What kind of warranty were you given on all of the upgrades, and if they fail what is the cost to replace them with OEM? Did he keep the OEM parts, or will you have to purchase them? If said upgrades injure the engine will the company he purchased them from cough up the money for a new engine?

Before you think I'm a naysayer, let me assure you I LOVE performance. I have numerous customers that have purchased the complete IPD performance pack. I've tricked wastegates; I've bumped timing; I've ported and polished intakes; I've installed big bore throttle bodys; I rave about the IPD anti sway bars. I own a Lotus Esprit. I still own my first car, a 1971 Opel GT, bored out 50 over, lightweight flat topped pistons, performance cam, dual webers. BUT, and this is the biggie, I own a shop. I can fix it myself. I know what modifications I've completed. It is feasible for me to own and constantly play with my car. Is it feasible for you?

Chris
