1997 850 a/c problem?? 850 1997

It has warmed up a bit outside, and i notice when sitting in traffic, my a/c really does not get very cold. when i get moving it gets cold, but as soon as I stop, it warms up a bit, not hot or anything, but i have to keep the a/c fan on full blast, and still not "cold"....any suggestions?
