Not starting, what to replace? 850

I have a 1996 850 that does not want to start anymore. It used to have intermittet problems, but it usually went away after 10 or 15 minutes. When I turn the key, all I hear is a click sound from the engine and the gear lever. At first I thought it was the starter, but I replaced that. So could it be the PNP switch or the Shift Microswitch?
