heater slow speeds not working 850 1994

Hello everybody.
I tried to post an introduction but it came back with a 404 so, for those interested I've tailed the message with a few details.

An 850 I have has a problem with the heater blower. The 4th speed works beautifully but the slower three speeds don't function at all. Both fuses are fine and in tact. I can hear the relay clicking (under the passenger footwell attached to the blower housing) on the fourth speed but don't know where the relay is for the other speeds.

Any ideas anyone?

Many thanks.

Background
1st Volvo: 122S
2nd Volvo: 122S
3rd Volvo: 123
4th Volvo: 164
5th Volvo: 265
6th Volvo onwards: Lots of different ones because I was sales manager of a Volvo dealership so got to smoke around in the latest peice of Swedish elegance.
Favourite Volvo: P1800 estate
Most hated Volvo: 262 -sold one to a gold dealer in portsmouth once who part exchanged a very nice elderly Rolls Royce which I decided to take my (then) wife out to dinner in and it broke down on the A27 whilst I was wearing chauffeur's cap. Had to get the car picked up by an AA low loader so we remained in it making full use of the cocktail cabinet.
Volvo's now owned:- various 850's

All the best
